We guarantee the quality of our garments, and satisfaction of your purchase.
If you are not happy with your purchases or the garment does not fit properly or the product is damaged…NO PROBLEMS you can exchange the garment with 14 days from the date of purchase, no questions asked.
Refund Policy
If you are not happy with the purchases or the garment does not fit properly, we will exchange it providing
-The garment is returned within 14 days
- The Garment is not worn except to try only
- Garment is not Soiled
-Garment is not Damaged
-The product labels are still attached to it
- Proof of purchase is enclosed
Please note that all exchanges other than damaged or wrong orders carries $8.85 postage charge.
How to Order
Online
Ordering by online is very easy and secure. We take extra care to make sure your personal details and credit card information is processed through the secured server. We do not hold your credit card details at any point of times. Your credit card details get encrypted and send directly through the Westpac bank’s secured servers for processing.
You will receive an automated email from our customer service department as soon as you finish processing the order. You can keep track of your order by logging on to your account. We will send you another e-mail as soon as the order is packed and delivered to the carries advising the tracking number.

Cheque or Money
Process your order normally and when you get to the payment option select cheque/money order. Finish the purchase and you will receive the email from us confirming the order details and the order number. Write down the order number at the back of the cheque/Money order and mail it to;

Payment By Direct Debit
Process your order normally and when you get to the payment option select Direct Deposit. Finish the purchase and you will receive the email from us confirming the order details and the order number. Transfer money to our bank account via internet or visiting any Westpac Bank branch. Our bank account details are;

Credit Card Security
We use industry standard 128 bit encryption to transmit your personal and credit card details to our highly secured server. Our computers process the credit card payments using fully secured 128 bit encryption while transmitting to bank gateways. Our packing staff do not have access to your personal details other than the information required for delivery. We do not transmit any of our customers information unencrypted. At no point of time we have access to your credit card details. Your credit card get encrypted and sent directly to the Westpac Bank servers.

Sidney Lingerie is the trading name of Trishna Pty. Ltd. Your credit card statement should show purchases from Trishna Pty. Ltd. and there will be no mention of Sidney Lingerie anywhere.

Your privacy is very important to us. We keep your personal information in our secured servers to fulfill your future orders only. We do not trade, rent or exchange our customers information to anyone. We have our own order processing, warehousing and packing facilities, unlike some of online stores. We do not use third parties to process and fulfill the orders.

Email Notification
If you have elected to receive email notification, you will receive one email when your order is processed and another email when your order is dispatched. Your order will be shipped in plain envelope with no information about the supplier.
Delivery Times
Delivery times are the estimated time of delivery from day it leaves our warehouse. We process orders within 24 business hours. If your order is delayed due to any unforeseen reasons, one of our customer service staff will contact you with estimated delivery time.
We ship our orders via Australia Post Express Service. Orders are processed and delivered to Australia post within 48 hours of receipt of the order. Australia post deliver orders within next working day to the following areas

Australia Post will take your parcel to the nearest Post office, If there is no one to receive the delivery. Australia post will leave a notice allowing you to collect your delivery at your convenience. Your order will carry no indication of supplier and you do not have to mention sexpleasures.com.au in order to pick-up your package. Delays in Delivery
We hold stock of all the items displayed on the website. However for any reasons, if any of the items ordered are temporarily out of stock, our customer service staff will contact you within 24 hours to advise you the number of days the goods are not available or delayed in delivery.
